To ensure service continuity and professional scheduling, HomePe Care implements the following cancellation policy:
You are eligible for a 100% Refund if you cancel your request more than 1 hour before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled start time will incur a ₹60 service fee which will be deducted from the refund.
We protect your payments if a professional fails to fulfill the service request:
If the assigned professional fails to mark their arrival within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, the session is cancelled and a 100% refund is processed automatically.
Service Initiation Lock
Once you explicitly confirm the professional's arrival on your dashboard, the service session is considered initiated.
NO REFUND is applicable once the service has started. This ensures fair compensation for the professional's time and travel.
Refunds are credited to the HomePe Care account balance by default. Users may request a bank/card refund, which may take 5–7 business days upon request.
