HomePe Care is a technology platform connecting users with independent healthcare professionals. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider. HomePe Care ("Platform") acts strictly as a Digital Intermediary to facilitate connections between independent professionals ("Providers") and service users ("Clients").
HomePe Care is a technology service. We are NOT a hospital, clinic, or medical department. We do not provide clinical advice, medical treatment, or healthcare services directly.
Our platform is for scheduled, non-emergency home care coordination only. We do not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial official emergency numbers (102/108) immediately.
Service availability depends on location and professional acceptance. HomePe Care does not guarantee service availability at all times.
Costs are determined based on service type, duration (1hr, 4hr, 8hr, 12hr), and location. Rates are subject to standard platform adjustments.
A platform service fee is applied per transaction for coordinating and maintaining the verified professional network.
HomePe Care maintains an internal balance system for service-related transactions. It is not a bank account or financial instrument. Wallet balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.
Payments to professionals are released after service completion, admin verification, and applicable commission deductions.
Withdrawal requests are processed after verification and may take 3–7 business days.
Full Refund: Eligible if a request is cancelled at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellation: A nominal service fee of ₹60 applies if the cancellation occurs within 1 hour of the start time.
Professionals on our platform are independent contractors. While we perform verification reviews based on submitted documents, clients are advised to check individual IDs before providing access to their premises. HomePe Care is not responsible for medical outcomes, treatment results, or clinical decisions made by independent professionals, nor is it liable for actions or negligence of independent professionals.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
